JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tagalog-speaking female recruiter who specializes in domestic and blue-collar staffing, with additional capabilities across generalist HR and international recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing and placing female domestic workers such as nannies, babysitters, and housekeepers, while also managing the recruitment of technical, supervisory, and managerial roles.
Candidates with experience in domestic staffing agencies, recruitment firms, or overseas hiring (GCC/Europe), and a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law are highly preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Female Tagalog speaker (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in domestic staffing, recruitment, or HR generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and international recruitment practices.
  • Experience in international placements (GCC/Europe) is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in English and Tagalog.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with HR software/ATS systems.
Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and recruit female domestic staff (nannies, babysitters, housekeepers).
  • Conduct candidate interviews in both Tagalog and English.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various role levels—blue-collar, technical, supervisory, and managerial.
  • Prepare and share video profiles for client evaluation.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS or internal HR systems.
  • Ensure all recruitment and HR practices comply with UAE Labour Laws.
  • Coordinate with local and international clients to meet staffing needs.
  • Manage onboarding processes, including document collection and pre-deployment readiness.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for placements across the UAE, GCC, and Europe.
