About the Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, your mission is to be the face of Talents First to the market. Your responsibilities will include:

Business Development & Client Management:

• Proactive Growth: Identify and penetrate new market opportunities across the GCC to win retained and exclusive mandates.
• Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite and senior-level decision-makers.
• Consultative Selling: Act as a strategic advisor, providing clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and organizational design insights.

Candidate Sourcing & Delivery:

• 360 Execution: Manage the entire process from client briefing to candidate onboarding.
• Executive Search Sourcing: Use innovative tools, networking, and direct headhunting to identify top-tier talent for niche and leadership roles.
• Brand Advocacy: Ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for both candidates and clients that reflects our commitment to excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of recruitment experience with a proven billing track record and a clear history of winning new business.
• Experience in the GCC is essential.
• Proficiency in English is a must. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage given our core markets.
• The ability to provide actionable insights into market trends rather than just sending CVs.
• A self-starter who thrives in a hybrid environment and is motivated by targets and business growth.
