  • Experience in retail management is advantageous but not essential.
  • Multilingual abilities are highly regarded, enabling effective communication with diverse candidates.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams successfully.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively at all levels of the organisation.
