Our team of 25,000+ colleagues is committed to delivering outstanding service to our customers. Right now, our in-house Resourcing Team is looking for an Internal Recruiter to support our Branch Management teams with their hiring needs.

You don’t need previous experience in internal recruitment—many of our team started out in agency recruitment. What matters to us is your ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every applicant feels valued, regardless of the outcome.
You’ll work closely with our Branch Managers and Regional Directors, providing expert support and advice when needed. You won’t shy away from challenging the status quo and thinking outside the box to achieve great results. We also have specialist roles within the business, so you’ll be skilled at sourcing candidates across various channels.
A key focus of this role will be supporting our Specialist Driver Recruiter, helping to meet the growing demand for HGV drivers across four of our businesses, spanning over 700 locations. We all know that recruiting HGV drivers in today’s market isn’t easy, but we’ve made great progress in the last 18 months. Your job will be to continue building a strong pipeline of engaged and qualified drivers, ready for our Branch Managers to bring on board.
