Job DescriptionAs a Talent Acquisition Consultant at TII, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, andengaging high-caliber professionals to support the institute's ambitious growth and research goals. Thisrole requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and an understanding of nichetechnology domains.Key Responsibilities:• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and definejob requirements.• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle across assigned research centers or supportfunctions.• Proactively source and build talent pipelines for both immediate and long-term needs, usingLinkedIn, Boolean searches, talent mapping, and other tools.• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit.• Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer management processes.• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment journey.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to strategic talent attraction campaigns.• Prepare recruitment dashboards, reports, and market insights for leadership.• Stay current with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor intelligence.

  • Key Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within in-house talent acquisition or arecruitment consultancy.• Experience in recruiting for technical or research-related roles (STEM fields preferred).• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Booleansearch).• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring practices is a plus.Preferred Attributes• Prior experience supporting research institutes, academia, defense, or deep tech sectors.• A strong network of technical professionals and researchers.• Passion for innovation and contributing to a high-impact mission
