Description

As a recruiter you will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes (internal & external hiring demand). As a key partner to hiring managers and your wider People colleagues, this role focuses on driving full-cycle recruitment, shaping hiring strategies, and delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. Although this is an individual contributor role, it requires a high level of ownership and partnership across teams. As a recruiter you will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes across the UK & EU.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology
(e.g. SAP, Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Full lifecycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions and outcomes.
High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Understanding of talent markets, sourcing tools, and hiring trends.
Commitment to delivering an inclusive and equitable hiring process.
