Job Description/Preferred Qualifications KLA is seeking a results‑oriented recruiter to support high‑volume hiring across Taiwan. This role is ideal for a hands‑on recruiter who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is passionate about building scalable talent pipelines that enable KLA’s continued technological leadership. Key Responsibilities – Volume & Experienced Hiring Own full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume and critical roles in Taiwan. Execute recruiting strategies aligned with workforce plans, hiring priorities, and ramp timelines. Build and sustain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, market mapping, and events. Partner closely with hiring managers and HR partners to clarify role requirements, calibrate profiles, and manage expectations. Drive multiple requisitions in parallel while ensuring speed, quality, and compliance. Quickly understand technical role requirements and effectively screen and present qualified candidates. Conduct structured and behavioral interviews to support data‑based hiring decisions. Track recruiting progress and outcomes, using data to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Partner with HR and business teams to plan and execute campus hiring activities, career fairs, and interview events. Strengthen KLA’s employer brand through targeted campus outreach, events, and digital engagement. Profile for Success Proven experience managing high‑volume recruiting in a complex or technical environment. Strong stakeholder partnership and consultative communication skills. Data‑oriented mindset with the ability to translate insights into hiring actions. Comfortable operating in fast‑changing hiring scenarios with competing priorities. Passion for process improvement, candidate experience, and employer branding.
