Responsibilities: Successfully partner with business leaders to understand the business needs and hire qualified talent to fill their roles Help develop, implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates Source, recruit, and hire roles within operations throughout Bird Own full-cycle recruitment which encompasses sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates Partner with other departments (People Partners, IT, etc) to drive the recruiting process through to on-boarding Requirements: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in High Volume. Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive hiring goals and program outcomes Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms (Greenhouse, Indeed highly preferred) Applicants must be authorized to work without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work visa sponsorship Target Hiring Salary Range: 66,000 - 80,000 CAD Why Bird Matters Every time you hop on a Bird, you’re helping build a more livable city.
