JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organisation. We do executive search, so you will need to be an individual that pays close attention to detail. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources practices and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Taleo is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in human resources, with experience in relationship management.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar HRIS systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Experience with lead generation techniques to proactively source candidates.
  • Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices, particularly in social media management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilise various platforms, including social media management, to promote job openings and engage potential applicants.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organisation.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of hiring processes.
  • Assist in lead generation efforts to identify potential candidates for future openings.
