Job Title: Recruiter
Contract Length: 6 Months (High Potential for Extension)
Location: Hybrid – Downtown Toronto (3 Days On-Site per Week)
Compensation: Up to $35/hour
We’re currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our client’s fast-paced, dynamic talent acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a leading organization through a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
This is a hybrid role based in downtown Toronto, requiring three days per week on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment services aligned with established processes, standards, and systems
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex and/or high-level positions across technical and business functions
  • Independently develop and execute sourcing strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Engage in strategic recruitment efforts using networking, targeted outreach, and deep market knowledge
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers and business leaders as a subject matter expert in recruitment
  • Identify and implement solutions to overcome recruitment challenges and optimize hiring practices
  • Screen and engage candidates, advise hiring teams, and manage offer negotiations through to hire
  • Lead consensus meetings with stakeholders to drive alignment on candidate decisions
  • Ensure all recruitment activity is executed with a high level of detail, professionalism, and urgency

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • 1–2 years of strategic recruitment planning and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive hiring outcomes in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and influencing skills—both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Bonus: Experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles or companies is a strong asset and highly desirable
