About the Client PromptPeople is hiring for a fast-growing, high-performance services business supporting enterprise clients in the U.S. The company is scaling quickly and needs a recruiting operator who can build an always-on pipeline, maintain a ready bench, and prevent last-minute staffing gaps through structure, urgency, and ownership. This is not a passive HR role. It’s for a high-output recruiter who treats staffing readiness as a business-critical function. Why This Role Exists The company’s current HR function is handling all HR + reactive recruiting. As the business scales, last-minute staffing changes make it hard to fill new accounts fast enough. This role owns recruiting and early retention for frontline roles end-to-end, ensuring the business always has ready-to-deploy talent. What You’ll Own (Responsibilities) Always-on recruiting engine Keep recruiting always-on (pipeline never goes cold) Build workflows, checklists, and tracking to drive speed and consistency Anticipate staffing gaps and coverage risks before they hit operations High-volume sourcing Source daily using both traditional and non-traditional channels (referrals, community outreach, grassroots networks, Facebook groups) Maintain direct candidate communication through calls/texts and fast follow-ups Test new sourcing channels and scale what works Rapid screening & conversion Conduct high-volume phone screens focused on reliability, availability, commute feasibility, and attitude Move candidates quickly from interview → offer → onboarding Reduce drop-off through urgency, clarity, and consistent follow-up cadence Bench management (ready-to-deploy talent) Maintain a live bench of qualified, pre-screened, ready-to-deploy candidates Segment bench by location, shift availability, and readiness status Re-engage past applicants and former employees to keep the pipeline warm Onboarding & compliance execution Own onboarding from offer acceptance through deployment readiness Guide candidates through paperwork, app downloads, and compliance steps to prevent stalls Coordinate background checks/fingerprinting and track clearance status with proactive escalation Early retention & workforce support Run structured check-ins with new hires to reduce early attrition Handle sensitive conversations with empathy and clarity Partner closely with operations to align recruiting priorities with real-time demand Reporting & visibility Provide weekly visibility on pipeline health, bench size, readiness levels, and speed-to-fill Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the recruiting machine Benefits 100% remote USD compensation PTO (paid time off) Local holidays Direct work with the leadership team High ownership and autonomy Fast-paced environment with real impact Growth opportunity as the company scales
