We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations. This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and enhancing workplace culture. You’ll work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and ensure compliance with labor laws.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Conduct training sessions to support employee development.
• Collaborate with department heads on staffing needs and job descriptions.
• Drive performance management, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Use cold calling techniques for recruitment when needed.
