Facilitates all phases of the recruitment process Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the needs of the organization and industry standards Connect with active and passive candidates, build relationships with candidates through consistent communications Provide initial assessment of candidate qualifications through resume review and phone interviews Partner with and coach hiring managers on the best recruiting practices and policies and provide guidance, support, and recommendations on candidates to interview Develop a strong working relationship with hiring managers with an emphasis on being customer focused and having high standards of delivery Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders Collaborate with the hiring manager and HR Compensation staff to identify and recommend salary ranges, start dates and other pertinent details Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies Vet potential employees credentials Assist with new hire paperwork, onboarding, new hire check-ins and other retention related tasks Attend and participate in local job fairs and recruiting events Develop and grow network of recruiting sources including local colleges, job training programs, professional recruiters, and staff agencies Responsible for recruiting metrics and regular talent management reports
