Hiring multiple Recruiters for a large tech company in Seattle, WA! Must work fully onsite. Job Description The recruiter will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. This role also involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0-2 years of related experience. The role requires knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within recruiting, relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines. The position reports to a supervisor and supports specialized recruiting initiatives for Robotics and Generative AI engineering, military-focused SDE recruiting, and science-focused recruiting. Responsibilities Lead highly specialized Robotics and Generative AI engineering hiring. Focus on niche technical sourcing and specialized recruiting expertise. Oversee military-focused SDE recruiting with an emphasis on veteran hiring experience. Support programmatic and operations-driven recruiting, focusing on candidate placement, workforce alignment, and administrative work. Lead offers, onboarding, and recruiting operations execution. Manage email case management and tactical execution to meet recruiting timelines. Essential Skills Recruiting and talent acquisition experience. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong scheduling and coordination skills. Advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP. Sourcing expertise, particularly in niche technical and military backgrounds. Full lifecycle recruiting experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Former Recruiting Coordinator (RC) experience, ideally with 9+ months in good standing. Project coordination skills. Experience in administrative or executive assistant roles. Work Environment This position is 100% onsite in Seattle, providing an engaging and collaborative environment where recruiters work closely with various specialized teams to meet recruiting goals. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
