OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition and be skilled in various recruiting methodologies. This role is crucial in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our organizational needs. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in recruiting across various sectors with a focus on technical recruiting and internal recruiting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, or Taleo is preferred.
  • Experience in lead generation and succession planning within talent management frameworks.
  • Ability to conduct cold calling as part of proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.

  • Perform executive recruiting for senior-level positions, utilizing negotiation skills to secure top candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicants and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) using tools like Lever, Workday, or iCIMS.
  • Conduct employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Collaborate with HR on employee evaluation processes and employee relations matters.
  • Stay updated on employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
