Description

RECRUITER

BearingPoint is a leading management and technology consulting firm that helps clients unlock long-term value through innovation, technology, and deep industry insight. At BearingPoint Ireland, we believe in empowering our people to drive meaningful change - for our clients, our teams, and the communities we serve. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic People & Culture team in Dublin. This is a high-impact, end-to-end recruitment role covering everything from proactive sourcing and candidate engagement to hiring and campus recruitment strategy. You’ll play a key role in building talent pipelines, hiring top-tier professionals, and supporting the growth of our graduate programme.

YOUR EXPERIENCE SHOULD INCLUDE:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally with a mix of in-house and/or agency roles and ideally in tech and/or consultancy sectors.
  • Proven track record managing the full life cycle of recruitment for both experienced hires and early-career talent.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM/ATS systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a consultative and collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Passion for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Own the full recruitment life cycle: intake meetings, sourcing, technical assessments, interviewing and offer management.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and deliver strong talent outcomes for Graduate to Director level roles by applying the right strategy and approach as appropriate.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and other channels.
  • Manage and work on continuous development of our graduate recruitment programme, including employer branding initiatives and selection processes.
  • Build strong candidate experiences at every touchpoint while maintaining momentum in the hiring process.
  • Use data to track key metrics, provide market insights, and continuously improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and pipeline health.
  • Support recruitment marketing efforts to promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives, including job advertisements, social campaigns, branding and events.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technical skill sets, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Continuously improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, candidate quality, and overall experience, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
