Description:
The Recruiter focuses on talent acquisition, onboarding, and ensuring new hires fit into the company culture effectively.
- Talent Acquisition
- Identify hiring needs in collaboration with managers.
- Develop job descriptions and post job ads on relevant platforms.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Maintain a candidate database for future opportunities.
- Screening and Selection
- Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Perform background checks and reference verifications.
- Provide recommendations for candidate selection.
- Onboarding
- Design onboarding plans for new hires.
- Coordinate with IT, finance, and other teams to set up workstations and accounts.
- Conduct orientation sessions for company policies and culture.
- Collect onboarding feedback to improve the process.
- Employer Branding
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
- Organize recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and university programs.
- Manage social media and online presence for recruitment purposes.
- Training Support
- Assist in onboarding-specific training programs.
- Partner with the HR Manager to align recruitment with future skill needs.
- Maintain training records for new hires and provide feedback on progress.
- Event Support
- Help organize recruitment-specific events like career fairs and open houses.
- Collaborate on employee engagement events, focusing on showcasing the company to candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per mont
