The Recruiter focuses on talent acquisition, onboarding, and ensuring new hires fit into the company culture effectively.

  1. Talent Acquisition
  • Identify hiring needs in collaboration with managers.
  • Develop job descriptions and post job ads on relevant platforms.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
  • Maintain a candidate database for future opportunities.
  1. Screening and Selection
  • Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and initial interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Perform background checks and reference verifications.
  • Provide recommendations for candidate selection.
  1. Onboarding
  • Design onboarding plans for new hires.
  • Coordinate with IT, finance, and other teams to set up workstations and accounts.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for company policies and culture.
  • Collect onboarding feedback to improve the process.
  1. Employer Branding
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Organize recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and university programs.
  • Manage social media and online presence for recruitment purposes.
  1. Training Support
  • Assist in onboarding-specific training programs.
  • Partner with the HR Manager to align recruitment with future skill needs.
  • Maintain training records for new hires and provide feedback on progress.
  1. Event Support
  • Help organize recruitment-specific events like career fairs and open houses.
  • Collaborate on employee engagement events, focusing on showcasing the company to candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
