Become a key member of a thriving team! The Recruiter responsibilities include, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews mainly for drivers and helpers. You’ll assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. Ultimately, you’ll help Good Greek find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles. RESPONSIBILITIES * Participate in candidate sourcing efforts * Assist teams in screening resumes * Conduct initial phone screens * Schedule calls and interviews * Assist with Orientation as needed * Follow up calls with new hires * Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews * Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles * Coordinate drug tests and background checks * Participate in recruiting events * Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process * Customer Service duties as assigned * Answering the telephone and making follow-up, booking, confirmation and all good calls * Other general office support tasks * Performing other duties as directed by the Company related to the role at hand REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS * Must be bilingual (Spanish) * 1-2 years' experience in recruiting preferred * Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle * Tech-savvy * Excellent communication skills * Ability to juggle multiple calendars * Problem-solving aptitude * Critical-thinking skills * High School or GED required Salary and Benefits: * Competitive Compensation/Benefit Package Available including but not limited to medical, dental and vision insurance. *Good Greek and our affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
