WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will be part of the Recruitment
team, and you will work together with a global team of Recruiters, reporting to the Manager Recruitment from the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for following Bizzdesign’s recruitment process, sourcing, identifying top talent, and building strong candidate pipelines.
Bizzdesign is in an exciting time of growth, and we need a passionate and energetic recruiter to support filling a variety of international roles within different departments such as Sales, Finance, Engineering, Consulting, etc.
You will be working closely with all of Bizzdesign’s hiring managers, based all over the globe, to understand their specific needs and requirements and guide the process from initial sourcing to offer negotiations.
This position is a hybrid role in the Netherlands.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Taking charge of the entire recruiting process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates at every stage.
• Proactively source and develop a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of roles (Sales, Finance, Services, IT, etc.) through various channels and networking efforts.
• Conduct thorough interviews, provide timely updates to candidates, and negotiate compensation packages accordingly.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, set expectations, and create effective interviewing processes.
• Craft sourcing strategies leveraging innovative approaches to attract top talent.Drive the recruitment advertising and employment branding initiatives to enhance Bizzdesign’s visibility and attract top-tier candidates.
