Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process for blue collar roles such as technicians, drivers, warehouse staff, machine operators, helpers, and other labor-intensive positions. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage recruitment for blue collar roles across multiple locations.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, local agencies, referrals, and field recruitment drives.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and trade tests when applicable.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and training institutes.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates and proper documentation.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets within timelines.
