Department: Administration Reports To: HR Director Schedule/Type: Full-time, Hybrid Monday–Friday Wage: $25-$33 per hour, commensurate with experience Travel: Some travel between Broomfield and Boulder locations Bonus Eligibility: No Requirements Talent Acquisition: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies in various departments and levels. Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations. Talent Pipelines: Build and maintain a strong network of orthopedic professionals through proactive relationship-building. Manage applicant tracking system to keep accurate records of candidates and their progress throughout the hiring process. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough pre-screening interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Evaluate candidates through a combination of interviews, reference checks, and skill assessments. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities. Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business related field preferred. Experience: Minimum one-year proven experience as a healthcare recruiter, preferably in orthopedics. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Abilities: Adaptability, data analysis, and decision-making skills.
