JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying top talent that aligns with our company culture and values.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in technical recruiting and executive recruiting practices.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing candidates effectively.
  • Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, Kronos, or UltiPro.
  • Excellent interviewing skills combined with an understanding of employee evaluation processes.
  • Knowledge of human resources principles including employee relations and contracts management.
  • Ability to conduct research for lead generation in talent acquisition efforts.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques such as social media management, cold calling, and campus recruitment to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Taleo.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide guidance on employee orientation and training & development initiatives for new hires.
  • Foster relationships with potential candidates through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Participate in succession planning and talent management efforts to support organizational growth.
