We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full-cycle hiring process for our family of companies across the Midwest region. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source qualified candidates, establish relationships with local trade schools and deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. Pay & Benefits $65,000-$70,000(commensurate with experience) Paid Weekly Paid holidays 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company paid long- and short-term disability coverage Life insurance Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers) Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with trade schools, vocational programs, and technical institutes to build a strong pipeline of skilled talent Partner with trade school career services, instructors, and administrators to promote employment opportunities Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus visits, information sessions, and hiring events at trade schools Familiarity with skilled trades, technical roles, or workforce development programs Willingness to travel to career fairs and campus events. Requirements: 2+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously Strong organizational and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for MEP Industry/Skilled Labor Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools HR certification (SHRM, PHR, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
