At Campus Adventures Staffing Solutions we recruit highly skilled substitutes to meet our school’s high standards in providing quality education for their students. Our goal is to ensure the schools we partner with are provided with guest teachers who are reliable, outgoing, firm, and friendly to be able to consistently grab the attention of young minds and provide excellent classroom management in the absence of their teacher.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively utilize cold calling techniques to source potential candidates
  • Proficient in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes
  • Proficient in managing Indeed and Applicant Tracking Systems (School Spring and TalentEd by PowerSchool)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload

    Responsibilities

    YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:

    • Conduct cold calling, scheduled calling, or network to identify potential candidates
    • Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit for open positions
    • Conduct interviews via phone call
    • Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
    • Utilize social media management tools to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates
    • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms such as Excel, Indeed, etc.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with Substitute Coordinators to understand their staffing needs
    • Recruitment and hiring: Assisting school districts in the recruitment and selection process of substitute teachers/specialized recruitment (Sped, Bilingual teachers)
