Reporting to the General Manager, you will act as a key ambassador of our organization. This role gives you the opportunity to manage the full-cycle recruitment process while helping connect top healthcare talent with institutions that need them most.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of healthcare roles.
• Source candidates using innovative strategies, networks, and community outreach.
• Screen, interview, and guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process.
• Verify credentials, certifications, and professional memberships.
• Support onboarding and contribute to HR projects such as employer branding and candidate experience.
• Strengthen our visibility through social media presence and participation in recruitment events (job fairs, networking).
• Build relationships and outreach initiatives within local and Indigenous communities.
