Role Overview: The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across multiple entities and disciplines, including engineering, manufacturing, operations, and administrative functions. This role will own and administer the company’s Applicant Tracking System (Lever) and play a critical role in building scalable recruiting processes that align with business growth requirements and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and collaborative capable of managing multiple priorities, supporting hiring managers, and delivering top talent across a complex, multi-state environment. \n Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake and job posting through offer and onboarding, across multiple business entities and locations. Own and administer the Lever ATS, ensuring system accuracy, process integrity, and consistent candidate experience. Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to forecast hiring needs, define job requirements, and align recruiting priorities with business objectives. Build and continuously improve recruiting workflows, interview structures, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across all sites. Recruit for a wide range of disciplines including manufacturing, engineering, quality, and corporate functions. Provide weekly recruiting status reports and analytics to leadership, highlighting key metrics, pipeline progress, and hiring outcomes. Manage relationships with external recruiting firms and agencies, including negotiation, coordination, and performance tracking. Ensure all recruiting activities comply with EEO, OFCCP, ITAR, and other government contracting requirements. Act as a strategic talent partner, providing insights into market trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies. Support employer branding and outreach initiatives to attract high-caliber aerospace and defense talent. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within manufacturing, aerospace, or defense sectors. Strong understanding of multi-state recruiting practices, compliance requirements, and government contracting environments. Hands-on experience with Lever or comparable ATS platforms; capable of managing workflows and reporting functions. Proven success recruiting across diverse disciplines from shop floor to engineering and management. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder partnership skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving organization. Preferred Qualifications Experience building recruiting infrastructure or process frameworks in a multi-entity organization. Experience supporting technical recruiting in highly regulated industries. Prior exposure to private equity or holding company environments. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. \n $85,000 - $110,000 a year Type: FT Exempt Business Hours: Core business hours Base Location: Remote Travel: Minimal as needed Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
