Description Recruiter Position Summary The Recruiter plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our clients. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, and leading orientation. The Recruiter also represents the company at job fairs, community events, and through outreach efforts to build relationships and promote employment opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Assist with creating, managing, and updating job postings for open positions. - Review job applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct phone screenings and interviews to evaluate applicant suitability. - Select potential candidates to advance in the hiring process and assist with, scheduling orientation. - Assist with orientation sessions, presenting company policies and procedures to new employees. - Schedule, attend, and represent the company at job fairs and community events. - Travel locally to post flyers and build community connections to increase candidate pipelines. - Collaborate and communicate regularly with the Staffing Department and Client Relations Manager on new hire status and recruitment progress. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in scheduling, customer service, or recruiting. - Bilingual in Spanish, Somali, or Hmong.
