This job is all about finding talent, building relationships, and creating a high quality hiring experience for our candidates and teams. Daily Responsibilities Partner with Hiring Managers to provide full-scale recruitment support and deliver thoughtful, tailored hiring solutions. Use creative and inclusive sourcing strategies to attract a strong range of candidates and provide a smooth, engaging recruitment experience. Build and maintain long-term connections with passive candidates to develop strong talent pipelines for future opportunities. Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and represent the company at events such as conferences, job fairs, and industry gatherings. Stay informed about trends and developments across the gaming industry. Prepare and publish job postings across multiple platforms. Support onboarding and relocation processes for new team members. Qualifications Approximately 3–5 years of relevant recruitment experience, ideally within games, tech, or creative industries. Familiarity with a variety of recruitment strategies and sourcing tools. Experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters), LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and platforms like ArtStation or GitHub. Skilled in conducting structured interviews, such as competency-based or behavioral assessments. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Open-minded and proactive, with an ability to navigate changing priorities. Appreciation for video games, game development, or curiosity about the industry is a plus. Additional Information Working mode In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Boston.
