Description • Support the expansion of the BDR (Business Development Representative) program through high-volume recruiting efforts. • Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels. • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely interview process. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within Paylocity, ensuring proper documentation and status tracking. • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and next steps. • Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines. • Assist with job postings, recruiting campaigns, and hiring events related to BDR growth initiatives. • Track recruiting metrics such as pipeline activity, interview volume, and hires to support hiring goals. • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. • Support onboarding coordination for new BDR hires to ensure a successful start. • Plan and attend local college and career fairs to attract incoming talent. Requirements • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply). • Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and sales-driven environments. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. • Familiarity with HR or applicant tracking systems; experience with Paylocity is a plus. • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team. • Professional, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
