Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across roles supporting Operations and Warehouse & Distribution in BC and the Prairies
Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Partners as a trusted advisor to clearly understand job requirements, and develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs to develop current and future talent pipelines
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key and recurring positions, leveraging proactive sourcing strategies and market insights to support future hiring needs.
Build relationships within local communities, educational institutions, and industry networks to strengthen Saputo's talent pipeline and employer brand presence.
Participate in the recruitment of interns, including sourcing, screening, interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
Plan, attend and represent Saputo at career events, including student recruitment activities, networking events and campus initiatives
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment tools, processes, and technology, including leveraging AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, insights, and the candidate experience
Support employer branding efforts and social media outreach
Track and analyze recruitment metrics and market insights to identify opportunities, improve outcomes, and support talent attraction decisions.
