The Recruiter is responsible for the entire recruiting life cycle, from job requisition to hire. The Recruiter should possess extensive knowledge of recruitment, with experience in life sciences, clinical trials, or related industries. Will be skilled at identifying, assessing, and engaging high quality talent throughout the organization. Will possess solid understand functional areas of the CRO business (especially clinical ops) to support and develop thoughtful and engaging relationships with hiring managers, department heads and leaders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Acts as a strategic talent advisor, partnering with leaders to understand team dynamics, business objectives, and the impact of each role · Contributes to leadership discussions, enhances recruitment processes, technologies, and strategies for scalable growth · Ensures exceptional candidate experiences, positioning CRC as a desirable employer · Collaborates with hiring managers to refine role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and implement proactive recruitment tactics · Actively identifies passive candidates through creative sourcing methods and networking · Cultivates a network of potential candidates, maintaining ongoing relationships for future opportunities · Provides reports concerning hiring trends, turnover rates, candidate feedback · Leads post-interview discussions to gather feedback and inform hiring decisions · Partners with Senior Leadership to assess current and future needs, establishing a proactive approach to talent planning · Implements innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
· Manages and administers employee referral program · Manages contractual relationships with staffing agencies · Manages the resume tracking system · Oversees website content related to Careers section in close coordination with the Director Marketing · Develops and analyzes recruitment metrics and market trends to ensure CRC makes informed decisions · Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to sourcing, recruiting and interviewing · Other duties as assigned
Degree & Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Level:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Nursing or related field required, or an equivalent education, training and experience. · A minimum of five years of human resource management; plus at least 2 years of recruiting in life sciences, clinical studies, CRO, pharmaceutical or related industry. · SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus. · Expert knowledge of current recruiting trends, tools, and best practices · Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights · Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms · Experience using Linkedin and other social media platforms for recruiting · Experience within the CRO, pharmaceutical, or life sciences company in a management or lead role. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. · Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
