Location: Remote (flexible within GMT+3 to GMT+8 time zones) Team: Talent Acquisition / Marketing Recruitment Type: Part-time (3–4 hours/day) About us GigRadar helps global tech and marketing companies scale faster by connecting them with exceptional talent. Our recruitment engine combines automation, data, and human insight to deliver precise matches across marketing, tech, and business development roles. We’re expanding our recruitment team and looking for a Part-Time Recruiter to focus on marketing-related roles. This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with candidates, assessing communication skills, and building a steady flow of marketing talent for our clients. The role (what you’ll own) Manage daily candidate sourcing and communication for marketing roles (performance marketers, content strategists, growth specialists, etc.). Conduct short candidate interviews (around 20 minutes each) to assess communication and verify profile details. Maintain an average of 5 interviews per day. Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback with senior recruiters. Keep candidate pipelines and notes updated in HubSpot (our CRM). Use automation and AI-assisted tools to improve sourcing and outreach efficiency. What we’re looking for Experience in recruitment or candidate screening (marketing or creative roles preferred) for Eastern Europe region. English at least B2, strong communication is key. Ability to work independently for 3–4 hours/day and stay consistent with daily goals. Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple candidates efficiently. Comfortable using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms. Nice to have Background or strong interest in marketing, communications, or digital growth roles. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar tracking tools. Experience with automated sourcing or recruitment workflow tools. Prior experience working in remote or startup environments. Pay & performance Pay: USD $12/day paid on a monthly basis (dependent on work completion and performance). Performance goal: Conduct at least 5 interviews per day, each lasting around 20 minutes, focusing on assessing communication and verifying CV details.
