SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a recruitment consultant or talent acquisition specialist is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the UAE, particularly related to recruitment and staffing.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Degree in Human Resources and Professional certification in recruitment or human resources management is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English and Hindi both written and spoken

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the construction industry.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry professionals through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry associations.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Take ownership of the induction and onboarding processes.
