We’re seeking a contract recruiter to run full-cycle searches across a mix of functions (G&A, Sales, and Go-to-Market). You’ll partner with hiring managers, build diverse pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience while moving quickly and keeping data clean. What would you do, if hired? Kickoffs & calibration: Lead structured intakes, define role outcomes and scorecards, set search strategy and timelines. Sourcing & Outreach: Build targeted pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, and Boolean search; run thoughtful outreach/nurture. Screen & present slates: Conduct competency-based screens; deliver calibrated slates with notes, signals, and next-step recommendations. Enable the hiring team: Align interview panels, create rubrics, prep/debrief interviewers, and drive timely, evidence-based decisions. Candidate experience & closing: Communicate proactively, manage expectations, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth handoffs to onboarding. Process, data & compliance: Maintain ATS hygiene, report on funnel metrics, and suggest improvements to job ads, interviews, and DEI practices. Who are we looking for? Skills & Abilities Proficiency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus Working knowledge of comp benchmarking, basic employment compliance, and inclusive hiring best practices. Excellent communication, prioritization, and influence skills. Education & Experience 3 - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-moving environments; generalist coverage across multiple functions preferred. Proven sourcing chops (market mapping, competitor targeting, boolean) and persuasive candidate messaging. Experience managing 8–12 concurrent reqs with clear SLAs and crisp stakeholder updates.
