We are currently seeking a RECRUITER to join our Human Resources team and help us continue to add talent to the organization!

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for the organization, with specific focus on technical and skilled trades talent.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have proven success in managing multiple job requisitions at one time.
Must be knowledgeable of employment law and hiring practices and have experience utilizing behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
Must have exceptional customer service skills and prior experience involving frequent interaction with all levels within the organization (e.g. supervisor, VP, etc.).
Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work well independently and be trusted to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to work additional hours, accept a flexible work schedule and travel, as needed.

Responsibilities:

Decides where to source for candidates and builds the candidate pool for current openings through a variety of recruitment techniques, including social media, data mining, employee referrals, job fairs, networking and media advertisements.
Develops job postings and screening criteria. Determines match between candidate qualifications and position requirements. Screens candidates using virtual or in-person interviews and selects the best fit applicants for presentation to hiring unit.
Schedules and manages the virtual or on-site interview process with the hiring team, including preparation of interview guides or other interview tools applicable to the process.
Prepares and sends written offer and pre-employment package. Initiates and monitors completion of pre-employment requirements. Schedules new hire for orientation and oversees onboarding process to ensure an engaging candidate experience.
