POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter with a strong background in the biotech and life sciences industry to support our rapid growth and hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have proven success recruiting across research, clinical, manufacturing, and corporate functions within a startup and/or high-growth environment. You will partner with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to source, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Skilled in sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines for niche roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an HR team

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work onsite and from home
  • Ability to travel up to once per quarter
    Salary Range: $105,655 - $130,515
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for scientific, technical, and corporate roles, including research, clinical development, manufacturing, and operations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and align on sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and other innovative channels.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical expertise and culture add.
  • Provide timely updates and data-driven insights to hiring managers and HR leadership.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
  • Maintain ATS records, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to building a strong biotech talent network.
