We're opening a new residential treatment program for males aged 9 to 16, and we're seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our team for a term not exceeding six months. This is an exciting chance to play a crucial role in building the foundation of a program dedicated to helping young men succeed. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying top talent to extending offers, for a variety of critical positions, including: * Juvenile Development Specialists * Supervisors * Facility Managers * Therapists * Case Managers What you will do: * Work closely with Spectrum's Human Resources team to meet staffing requirements in time for the opening of our Valor Place open residential youth program in Detroit, MI. * Source a diverse pool of qualified candidates using innovative strategies. * Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. * Manage the background check process efficiently and accurately. * Facilitate the selection of high-quality entry-level and professional team members. * Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment expertise.
