Position Overview Culinesse, LLC, a boutique dining services company serving Life Plan Communities, seeks a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional. This role will support the Recruitment activities across multiple client communities and administrative hubs, ensuring compliance, engagement, development, and alignment with Culinesse's mission-driven culture of hospitality and excellence. The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and coordinating interviews for hiring managers. This position partners with hiring managers to implement recruiting strategies by using traditional and non-traditional resources; sourcing for both active and passive candidates by conducting searches through creative sourcing techniques, including social media, job posting boards, cold-calling, networking, internet, industry events, professional networking sites, job fairs, campus recruiting, etc. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process for operations, professional, or culinary roles. Sourcing & Pipelining: Utilize LinkedIn, social media, and other creative techniques to attract passive and active candidates. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and field leadership to align hiring needs with business strategy. Candidate Experience: Engage candidates throughout the selection process. Compliance: Ensure hiring processes meet company policies and legal standards. Onboarding: Provide guidance and support to all new hires during their Onboarding process by answering questions and ensuring they complete all new-hire paperwork. Requirements Qualifications 2–5 years of full-cycle, high-volume, corporate, or agency recruiting in a Food Service or Contract Dining Environment required. Bachelor’s degree or related experience. Strong sourcing skills, familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and ability to manage multiple, diverse requisitions. Ability to build trust and credibility with hiring leaders across multiple locations. Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and candidate tracking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both written and verbal. High sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. A passion for delivering a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
