Job Opening: Recruiter / Customer Service Representative Location: Remote (US Hours - 9am-5pm EST) Type: Full-Time Pay: Competitive Salary Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Coordinate interviews and schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Use ATS and CRM systems to update candidate and client information accurately. Assist with administrative duties related to recruitment and customer service operations. Support the team in improving recruitment and service delivery processes. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. Proven experience in recruitment and customer service roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
