REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience in UAE in construction, engineering or real estate industries;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Must be available in UAE;
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Actively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other innovative channels.
  • Review applications, conduct initial screening interviews, and evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to showcase our culture, values, and unique work environment.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, track key metrics, and produce reports on hiring outcomes and trends.
  • Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition and positive onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Assist in developing and implementing onboarding materials and resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts to build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
