Responsibilities
  • Actively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other innovative channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts to build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Review applications, conduct initial screening interviews, and evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and advise on candidate selection to ensure the best fit for each team.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to showcase our culture, values, and unique work environment.
