What you'll do As a Technical Recruiter, you will be the strategic engine behind our engineering growth. This isn't just about managing a funnel; it’s about acting as a talent advisor to our Engineering leadership, helping them navigate a competitive landscape to find the builders of our future. You’ll own the full lifecycle—from deep-dive calibration sessions with Hiring Managers to crafting high-touch candidate experiences that reflect our culture of innovation. Responsibility Drive process improvements to help make the hiring process more effective, efficient and positive for both hiring managers and candidates Own the full candidate lifecycle for a variety of roles Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers and key collaborators, providing strategic guidance on talent acquisition and workforce planning Collaborate with the wider HR team to enhance recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a positive candidate experience Utilise market insights to tailor recruitment strategies, ensuring our approach remains competitive and aligned with the evolving needs of our organisation Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, pass through rates & offer acceptance rates Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years dedicated specifically to core technical roles (e.g., Backend, Frontend, Mobile, DevOps, or Data Engineering) Experience in partnering with Engineering leadership to define technical candidate personas, calibrate search parameters, and drive strategic alignment throughout the hiring lifecycle Hands-on experience with Enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g.,Smart recruiters Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or Workday) Proven track record of sourcing passive technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and X-ray search string Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) Preferred Experience recruiting for high-growth product companies or top-tier tech firms. Ability to use recruiting metrics (e.g., pass-through rates, time-to-fill, and source-of-hire) to influence hiring decisions and forecast pipeline needs. Proven ability to enhance the recruitment lifecycle by optimizing interview loops, elevating the candidate experience, and implementing scalable process improvements to drive hiring efficiency.
