JOB SUMMARY:

The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Dozin Real Estate’s growth and operations. This role requires a strong understanding of the UAE real estate industry, with a focus on sourcing high-performing Property Consultants and other roles as required by the company. The Recruiter will ensure the hiring process aligns with the company’s standards, culture, and compliance with UAE labor laws.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience in the UAE, preferably in real estate or sales-driven industries.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE property market and the profile of successful Property Consultants.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job portals, ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet hiring deadlines.
  • Bilingual skills (English & Arabic) are an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to understand staffing requirements and define candidate profiles for Property Consultants.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates for real estate positions, primarily Property Consultants, and other roles depending on company needs.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability for the real estate industry.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and grow a strong talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Represent Dozin Real Estate at job fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records in the company’s HR system.
  • Provide timely and professional feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive company image.
