Join us in building a brighter future Your Role: Source candidates for various open positions across Europe. Screen and shortlist suitable applicants, presenting them to the client. Skillfully match candidates to the right roles and promote opportunities to the appropriate candidates. Enhance current sourcing methods and explore new channels. Manage the candidate database efficiently. Participate in weekly team coordination and best practice discussions. Key responsibilities : Fluent in Dutch (C1 level) with strong English skills (mandatory). Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally within a BPO environment. Proven ability to source talent in specific markets. Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting recruitment KPIs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Proficient in using ATS systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Desired Qualifications Candidate-Centric Approach: Ability to empathize with both candidates and clients, ensuring a personalized and positive recruitment experience for all parties. Ownership: Take full responsibility for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring seamless and successful hiring outcomes. Conceptual Skills: Understand complex job requirements, market dynamics, and client needs, developing creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
