CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience of end-to-end recruitment delivery with preferred expertise in early careers and campus
• Understanding of campus marketing and attraction strategies (e.g. events, networking, social media and university relations)
• Experience of using recruitment technology
• An awareness and basic understanding of the need for compliance and legislation

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience of working within a highly complex or matrixed organisation
• Experience of working with remote teams
• Experience of using databases
• Demonstrate interest in learning about the broader market, industry to be able to build network and provide great market insights to client and different workstreams
• Understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors, OFCCP)

As an Early Careers & Campus Recruiter you’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers. Leveraging your skills in relationship-building and process management, you’ll collaborate with educational institutions, organise campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey. Your efforts will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all Early Career candidates, aligning with each client’s unique values and strategic goals.
