PURPOSE The recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job boards, and employee referrals. Functions Utilize job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other resources to proactively source exempt and non-exempt roles Partner with assigned hiring managers to achieve recruitment objectives while providing superior client service Screen and interview applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of open roles and have an in-depth understanding of associated duties and responsibilities Schedule interviews with qualified candidates and support hiring managers/ candidates through the application process Ensure all required documentation/data is recorded in the applicant tracking system in a timely, accurate manner Manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive hiring timelines Assist with administering recruitment procedures, metrics, and tools to deliver an efficient, effective process and ensure positive hiring manager and candidate experiences Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities No supervisory responsibilities Reporting Relationship This position will be reported to the Human Resources Manager Requirements Associate degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or a related field, plus three to five years’ experience required as a Recruiter. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional experience for hiring managers and candidates Strong candidate generation skills Working knowledge of MS Office and applicant tracking systems Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills Prior experience working in a remote environment is preferred Working Conditions This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.
