Due to continued growth across all areas, we are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven In-house Recruiter to join our recruitment team reporting to the Recruitment Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of roles across the business. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in an inhouse recruitment role ideally in renewables, construction or similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable sourcing and engaging with candidates directly
  • Good understanding of recruitment practices, basic employment law and GDPR compliance
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Organised, proactive, and results-driven
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for allocated vacancies (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job specifications
  • Write, post, and manage job adverts across multiple job boards, social media platforms, and company channels
  • Source candidates through databases, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach
  • Conduct telephone and video screening interviews
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback between candidates and managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM system
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
