REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience of full life cycle and in-house recruiting experience with references that attest to your outstanding ability
  • 3+ years of experience hiring for a multi-business company managing multiple roles across multiple fields at once (e.g. Venture Capital Firms, Private Equity)
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting key roles for companies spanning across real-estate, family office and CPG
  • 2+ year experience recruiting highly regulated product categories
  • 2+ years of experience working remote
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to effectively persuade, influence, and negotiate
  • Startup or fast-growing company experience, proven experience of growing companies from early stage to mid-stage and beyond
  • Strong experience sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter to generate a candidate pipeline
  • Strong experience working with Smart Search ATS to house all candidate records, bonus points if you worked on enhancements to the ATS for your company’s specific recruiting requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, plan workflow, and take initiative
  • Tech savvy (G-Suite, ATS, Microsoft Office, Recruiting Platforms, and Job Boards).
  • Ability to communicate and understand the needs of hiring managers and be able to translate that into job descriptions and job searches
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
  • Creative and strategic sourcing experience and examples
  • Proven ability to close unique and hard to find roles
  • Solid business acumen and executive presence to partner with internal and external stakeholders and work well under pressure

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

In this role you will work with a closely knit team of Recruiters thriving in a hyper growth environment. You will collaborate with a visionary-entrepreneur driven leadership team, broadening your knowledge and skills across a range of functions and fields. Working with our various leaders you will understand, map and manage roles, developing clear expectations for qualified candidates utilizing descriptors and interview questions that reflect position requirements. Your passion for finding one-of-a-kind candidates will bring forward creative techniques and strategies through utmost professionalism and integrity.
Your previous experience will help you achieve success in completing end-to-end talent acquisition of key roles in our group of companies spanning health & wellness, technology, real-estate, family office and CPG. You will take the lead on the recruitment process, from role definition to sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and shortlist presentation, and all the way through to the offer stage. You will help develop, establish, and implement high-impact recruitment strategies to identify best-in-class candidates. You will maintain accurate and efficient records of all materials used for recruitment to share with key stakeholders. This is a dynamic role, so you need to have the flexibility and proactiveness to deal with this fast-paced industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and understand team dynamics.
  • Foster positive candidate experiences by ensuring clear and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the coordination of new hire onboarding
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand organizational goals and develop strategic recruitment plans.
  • Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, social media, job boards, networking, and industry events.
  • Contribute to building and enhancing the employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Communicate the company’s values, culture, and unique opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Track recruitment metrics and create reports to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive job offers.
  • Negotiate terms with candidates, ensuring alignment with both organizational and candidate expectations.
