YOUR IMPACT
In this role at Equivity, you’ll be at the forefront of sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates to support our business broker offices. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in recruiting within the financial services, sales, or related industry, who can deliver outstanding results and build lasting relationships with candidates. Your contributions will help us deliver exceptional results and make a positive difference in our industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent for business broker positions, including brokers, analysts, administrative staff, and support professionals.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry associations.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and hiring trends.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruiting processes and deliver innovative solutions.
