ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re not looking for a traditional recruiter—we’re looking for a sales-driven hunter. If you thrive on cold calling, chasing leads, closing deals, and beating targets, you’ll feel right at home here. Recruiting at our company is sales: you’ll pitch opportunities, win over candidates, and compete daily to bring in top talent.
If you have a background in sales, business development, or agency recruiting, this role will let you use those same skills to drive real impact—only this time, instead of selling products, you’re selling careers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Treat recruiting like sales: identify prospects, cold call, pitch, and close.
  • Build pipelines of high-value candidates through outbound hunting (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold outreach).
  • Use your persuasion and negotiation skills to sell opportunities, overcome objections, and close top candidates.
  • Manage the full sales funnel of recruiting—prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers as your “clients,” understanding their needs and filling roles like closing deals.
  • Consistently hit or exceed targets and KPIs, proving your competitive edge.
